At CoolLifeShop.com, we offer Free Shipping on All Products. Remember that free shipping is only applicable for deliveries within India. Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. We understand that you may need your items quickly, so we ensure that your order is processed accurately, in good condition and on time promised by our website.
HIDDEN CHARGES (OCTROI)
Octroi charges (tax) wherever applicable is prepaid and not to be borne by the customer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
When you order from CoolLifeShop.com, you can expect to receive your order within 7-9 business days. The shipping charges will remain unchanged irrespective of the size of the order. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
It is our endeavor to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain pin codes as cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address. (If the courier has come to the shipping address within seven business days and not been able to get delivered. It is advisable to provide your mobile number in the delivery so that the courier company may contact you before coming.)
Cheque or DD Orders: If customers fail to deposit cheque or DD on time, the products may go out-of-stock. In that case, we will refund the amount and cancel the order.
DELIVERY STATUS
All our orders will be shipped through reputed courier services. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you the name of the courier company bringing your order and the tracking number of your package. You can the status of the order on the courier company’s website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your purchase is below Rs 200/-, you will be charged Rs 35/- as Shipping Charge.
Currently, CoolLifeShop.com does not deliver any items to locations outside India. Although a purchase can be made on CoolLifeShop.com from any part of the world, the customer has to ensure the Delivery Address is within India. We apologize for the inconvenience.
